Creates a classroom environment where students are able to demonstrate resiliency as outlined in Rule 6A-1.094124, F.A.C. 

To create a classroom environment that fosters resiliency in my field placements, I prioritize an open and positive classroom where students are not afraid to make mistakes. Throughout my instruction, I frequently use mistakes or struggles as opportunities for growth by focusing on the strengths of the student. I also do this by encouraging students to help each other out. This creates resiliency because it encourages students not to give up when they are struggling with a new skill or task.
