FEAP 3A
DELIVER ENGAGING AND CHALLENGING LESSONS

To demonstrate FEAP 3A, I executed several small group lessons on content that specific students were grappling with. These lessons were meant to get the students engaged, challenged, and taking part in meaningful learning.

EVIDENCE

For evidence, below I included feedback from my supervisor observation of a small group math lesson working on doubles with specifically chosen students. I did a game with different strategies and manipulatives available for students. These students have an instructional need for physical materials and movement, so these were used for strategies with adjustments as needed to keep them on task.

EVIDENCE #2

Another way I demonstrated this FEAP is by incorporating movement and music into my lessons. This is an effective way to get students engaged. I have first graders who often struggle with engagement, so lessons with as much movement and personal interests are super beneficial for their learning.
