I demonstrated this FEAP in several of my courses by engaging in reflective practices and incorporating new education philosophies into my field experience. For example, I was observed by my supervisor and CT and discussed actionable feedback regarding what I can do to make my lessons more efficient and beneficial for students. I also practiced self-reflection in my routine performance blogs. also began to incorporate new ideas such as the hierarchy of interventions into my practices because it was something I learned that I truly believed would make a difference. In order to do so, I brought my hierarchy of interventions bookmark with me to my internship in an effort to use the most beneficial behavioral management system possible.
