USES A VARIETY OF DATA, INDEPENDENTLY, AND IN COLLABORATION WITH COLLEAGES TO EVALUATE LEARNING OUTCOMES, ADJUST PLANNING, AND CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE LESSONS
During my Level 3 internship, I worked collaboratively with my CT, and independently, to review data and behavioral observations to flexibly group students. Based on each lesson, we adjusted to maximize engagement and differentiate for all skill levels.
