FEAP 3i
Support, encourage and provide immediate and specific feedback to students to promote achievement.
I have demonstrated FEAP 3i during UFLI phonics instruction. In a first-grade classroom, it is important to provide immediate feedback on things such as letter formation and encoding skills to help students pair auditory knowledge to written letters/words. To do this, I have students hold up their whiteboard to show me their work during the Word Work activity, so that if I did not catch it while circulating I am able to provide them with support as needed.
