FEAP 5a

Designs purposeful professional goals to strengthen the effectiveness of lessons based on student needs.

I demonstrated this FEAP during my internship by setting goals with my CT and supervisor after observations. These goals were made with the specific intention of helping me grow into a well-rounded teacher. The strategies that we planned to implement into my teaching style and lessons built my skills in a way that allowed me to administer the lesson in the best way possible for my students. All of the goals set were for the current or next semester.

Another way that I demonstrated this FEAP is by working closely with my CT to get to know the needs of each individual student, and altering my personal instruction to meet those needs. This required reflecting and enacting upon feedback consistently to better support my students.
