HOW DID I DEMONSTRATE THIS FEAP?

During my CT observation, I executed a lesson on combinations to make 10. I started with an engage video, then used ten-frames and counters, and then gave the students an individual worksheet using coloring and number sentences.

EVIDENCE

In this image, there is evidence of me using an engage video to use technology to engage and inform students. This video also showed a similar strategy used later in the lesson.

In this portion of the lesson, I utilized ten-frames and two-sided counters to use a hands-on approach for the concept.

For this demonstration of FEAP 3g, I used modeling on the overhead projector as an instructional strategy for my students to see exactly how to utilize lesson materials and the academic objective as well. Using the projector is a way to visually and physically model for students while effectively using technology. I do this in almost every lesson that I teach.
