Analyzes and applies data from multiple assessments and measures to diagnose students’ learning needs, informs instruction based on those needs, and drives the learning process.

To fuel my research and inquiry in Level 3, I collected a variety of diagnostic and observational data to best assist each student with my instruction.

Using the data I collected on all of my students and reliable literature research, I incorporated flexible small grouping in mathematics instruction to maximize engagement and minimize learning gaps.
